The Milan Monza Brianza Chamber of Commerce has organised a meeting of Specialized Assistance in matters of Industrial Property to illustrate the legal issues relating to intellectual creations and creative works achieved under an employment relationship.
Avv. Elisabetta Berti Arnoaldi of our firm has been invited to face the problems relating to the ownership of the rights, the nature of the employment relationship, the entitlement and determination of the so-called fair bonus. The intent is to provide useful insights to protect the respective positions in the contractual rules of the work relationship.
